How does it work?
1. First, you select the charts that you want to buy.
2. You add them to your online shopping cart.
3. When you are done selecting all of the chartsthat you
want, you check out and pay for your charts through our checkout partner PayPal.
4. Last, you receive an email (or several) that contains
a time-sensitive link so you can download your purchased charts.
The email that you receive will be from our distribution partner Payloads.com.
THIS EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU USE ON YOUR PAYPAL
ACCOUNT!
What if I didn't receive my email?
File delivery usually only take about 2 minutes. Be sure to
check your Bulk Mail folders if our email hassn't shown up. You can
also go to the payloadz.com website and enter your PayPal transaction number to
get to your chart. If you still can't find it, send us an email and
we can look into it. (Websites DO crash from time-to-time.) REMEMBER,
THIS EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU USE ON YOUR PAYPAL
ACCOUNT!
What if I want my Charts printed and
mailed to me?
Yes! We still do print charts. It costs a little
more per chart to pay for printing, shipping and handling, but yes you can order
professionally printed copies. Please go to our Ebay listings by CLICKING
HERE to order printed versions of our charts.
What payment option may I use?
Due to the setup of our business, we accept all payments methods that are
accepted by our partner PayPal. We do not accept checks, money
orders, or cash in the mail and we do not accept Purchase Orders.
Do you offer discounts if I order
multiple charts?
No. We have strict licensing agreements with our writers and
arrangers that doesn't allow us to give a discount for multiple charts
purchased. The ONLY discounts we offer are through our email
promotions or our CD compilation sales.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes and No. We offer an affiliate program through our digital
delivery partner payloadz.com. We do not offer a print chart affiliate
program at this time.
